Purpose of Job

Work as part of a team of problem solvers to address complex business issues from strategy to execution. You will implement the integrated marketing strategy for the firm and centrally manage marketing campaigns. Generate and implement innovative ideas and solutions within your area of responsibility in collaboration with team members to enhance service offerings.

Role Description

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop marketing and project action plans based on various strategies for relevant lines of service or key internal clients.
  2. Brief and liaise with marketing managers to ensure the plan covers all necessary aspects, e.g., PR, online, internal communication, event management.
  3. Manage marketing and project plans, ensuring all deadlines are met.
  4. Assist in marketing thought leadership pieces for the line of service or industry, working with various stakeholders to identify key issues, meet timelines, and coordinate with creative teams.
  5. Liaise with the Digital Presence team on campaign performance reports and present insights to the business.
  6. Participate in internal and external calls to understand upcoming projects or campaigns.
  7. Handle ad hoc projects as required.
  8. Maintain in-depth knowledge of industry issues relevant to the line of service or key clients.
  9. Ensure timely requests to the Research team for competitor intelligence to support impactful marketing efforts.
  10. Build professional relationships within different industries to understand business needs.
  11. Proactively provide innovative ideas and opportunities to marketing teams.
  12. Brief and coordinate with the digital content team on social media messaging and project timelines.
  13. Manage reputation by raising potential issues on social media with the brand communications team.
  14. Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions.
  15. Update marketing spreadsheets and databases.
