We’re seeking a supremely organized Marketing Operations Coordinator to own the critical administrative, financial, and logistical workflows that power our campaigns. RESPONSIBILITIES: Be the Operational Powerhouse:

Finance & Vendor Mastery:

Own end-to-end vendor relationships: onboarding, POs, invoicing, and payment tracking.

Command marketing budgets: Track spend, allocate GL codes, and ensure financial accuracy.

Drive cost efficiency: Source quotes and manage approval workflows.

Campaign Launch Execution:

Orchestrate seasonal rollouts: Timelines, print production, asset distribution, and cross-team collaboration.

Create launch playbooks to ensure flawless store execution and brand consistency.

Inventory & Store Enablement:

Manage marketing stock (merch, print collateral, hardware) with military precision.

Rapidly fulfil store requests with accurate delivery and real-time tracking.

Support new store openings through meticulous material coordination.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE (NON-NEGOTIABLE):

Administrative Mastery (2+ years):

Vendor management, purchase order systems, budget tracking, or invoice processing (marketing/retail preferred).

Technical Expertise:

Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, reporting) + proficiency in Word/PowerPoint.

Operational Discipline:

Exceptional attention to detail (data accuracy is mandatory).

Proven ability to manage 5+ concurrent complex projects under deadlines.

Core Competencies:

Vendor negotiation skills + fluent English communication (written/verbal).
