Description
To provide strategic partnership to multiple marketing leads by assessing business needs, offering marketing solutions, advising, and directing input into the development of relevant marketing programs or strategic initiatives in line with the business strategic direction through the marketing value chain (consulting, program leadership, strategic solutioning, development, execution, reporting, and measurement).
- Develop and ensure execution of integrated financial strategies to maximize growth across business areas.
- Develop integrated frameworks, guidelines, and optimization plans to drive profitability and economic value add.
- Design and co-create long-term resource optimization programs that enable the availability of capital expenditure cash flow for the area of responsibility.
- Ensure financial strategies and processes are consistent with the objectives of the Group.
- Create professional forums where financial health can be tracked and analyzed at board level.

Experience and Qualifications
- Relevant Post Graduate Degree.
- 5 to 8 years' experience in a similar environment, including 2 to 3 years at management level in marketing.
- Knowledge of marketing standards and proficiency in relevant software.
- Experience leading marketing programs supporting business and marketing plans.
- Capabilities in direct marketing, digital performance marketing, social media, above-the-line, digital, traditional media, and content marketing.
- Bias for action, data insights, project management, marketing mojo, customer insights, and market research.
