Are you someone who can :
- Provide strategic partnership to Business Unit EXCOs by assessing needs, offering marketing solutions, and developing relevant marketing programs aligned with strategic direction.
- Contribute to and develop the budget for the area, including long-term financial planning and resource requirements.
- Present business cases for financial resources and analyze implementation plans against budgets.
- Manage costs and control budgets, building relationships to manage expectations and share knowledge.
- Engage in cross-functional relationships and external networking to maintain a competitive edge.
- Apply a customer-centric approach, ensuring positive customer experiences, and uphold governance, compliance, and risk management policies.
- Drive innovation, participate in communities of practice, and lead strategic projects and change management initiatives.
- Translate business strategies into operational plans, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and ensure policies and procedures are followed.
- Identify interconnected problems, develop solutions, and be responsive to local conditions.
- Develop personal and team capabilities, share information, and act as a role model for continuous professional development.
- Build collaborative relationships, lead knowledge sharing, and ensure customer needs are met with quality service.
- Link business and marketing strategies to develop aligned marketing programs.
- Ensure compliance with statutory, legislative, and internal policies, and develop governance procedures.
- Translate marketing objectives into integrated communication plans, assign capabilities, and develop project plans.
- Provide thought leadership, compile marketing plans, determine budgets, and measure outcomes.
- Identify marketing capabilities, allocate activities, and develop stakeholder maps for end-to-end solutions.
- Contribute to the development of marketing strategies that promote profitable growth and support sales efforts.
