A leading company in FMCG is seeking a Brand Manager to drive growth at a brand level through deep consumer insights and effective marketing strategies. The successful candidate will oversee brand communication, coordinate marketing programs, and manage external agencies to enhance brand performance. Candidates should possess strong project management skills and experience in the FMCG sector.

You will achieve this by leveraging deep consumer and shopper insights to craft brands that resonate with consumers, and by developing compelling brand plans delivered through exceptional experiences in innovation, communication, and activation daily.
This involves articulating and executing the full marketing mix for our brands.
You will collaborate with the Marketing Centres of Excellence to optimize pricing, promotions, product innovation, packaging, and marketing strategies.

Requirements :
Brand Management and Cycle Planning Experience
A proven track record in creating conditions for team success; candidates should excel in coaching and people management.
Strong skills in managing external environments, acting as the company's face in large markets.
Strategic ability to reframe business and develop plans to outperform competitors.
Translate insights into clear & compelling Brand Plans, including Category Strategy, Pricing & Channel Strategy, Promotions, and Innovation to achieve growth targets.
Identify and develop insight-driven innovations and renovations that add value to the brand and category, including product and packaging solutions, trade strategies, and consumer communications.
Partner with the Consumer Insights team to generate relevant insights from various sources.
Lead creative agencies through the Communication Strategy process, culminating in campaign approval and execution consistency with brand blueprints.
Ensure the execution of key brand management tasks such as S&OP forecasting, media planning, promotion tracking, investment management, quality and brand health tracking, and range management.
Foster collaborative and inspirational management with cross-functional teams, customers, and the broader business community.
