Job Description

Responsible for the development and execution of innovative marketing strategies that drive top-line growth, enhance brand visibility, and increase market share.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Drive top-line growth and increase market share by developing and implementing effective Category, Product Portfolio, and Brand strategies.
  2. Analyse market trends and customer insights to identify new opportunities and target audiences.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
  4. Monitor and optimise marketing performance through data analysis and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  5. Ensure successful project execution, customer satisfaction, and achievement of Value share targets through strategic channel management.
  6. Identify acquisition opportunities and collaborate with the executive team for implementation if approved.
Key Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing or equivalent qualification.
  • Marketing / Brand management experience in the medical / pharmaceutical industry – Essential.
  • Experience in LVP's advantages.
