Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service embodying our values of authenticity, precision, and detail
• Collaborate with a dedicated team to create unforgettable experiences
• Ensure seamless operations while maintaining high standards
• Projects (40%): Oversee print and digital materials, implement campaigns, manage stakeholder relationships, and coordinate promotional content
• Content (50%): Manage CRM, website, app, and newsletter; lead content for the magazine and social media; coordinate media production; support departments with design and copywriting
• Public Relations (20%): Handle journalist communications, press trips, influencer collaborations, and press requests
• General Tasks (10%): Perform reporting, administrative duties, ensure brand consistency, and monitor budgets

Your Profile

• Passion for luxury hospitality and a commitment to excellence
• Degree in hotel, tourism, or marketing
• Strong organizational skills and project coordination experience
• Fluent in English, German, and French
• Proficient in Microsoft 365, CRM, CMS, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro
• Detail-oriented with a passion for guest marketing
• Assertive with strong communication skills
