Marketing Campaign Manager (B2B | Professional Services | Hybrid)

Are you a creative, organised, and self-motivated Marketing Campaign Manager ready to make your mark in a fast-paced, global team?

We're looking for a highly competent marketing professional to help drive the planning, execution, and optimisation of targeted campaigns across digital and event-based channels. You'll work closely with an experienced UK-based marketing team and act as a key connector on the ground in South Africa - bringing strategy to life with precision, energy, and a customer-first mindset.

About the Role
In this multi-faceted position, you'll lead the coordination of impactful marketing campaigns, create engaging content, and support data-driven decision-making. Your work will directly contribute to the growth of two leading brands in the cloud and eDiscovery space.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate, manage and execute integrated marketing campaigns
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver content, webinars, events, and social media initiatives
  • Write compelling copy for emails, social, newsletters, and promotional materials
  • Manage content publishing across web and social platforms (LinkedIn & X)
  • Curate and maintain marketing collateral and internal brand assets
  • Work closely with CRM and email marketing platforms (EngageBay, Mailchimp)
  • Maintain Microsoft Partner listings and assist with partner marketing
  • Provide KPI-based reporting on campaign performance, lead engagement, and marketing OKRs
  • Support Account-Based Marketing (ABM) through research and tailored campaign input
  • Act as a local brand ambassador, assisting internal teams in aligning with brand tone, tools, and messaging

You'll Need To Have

  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience (ideally in IT or professional services)
  • A relevant degree in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent practical experience
  • Hands-on campaign experience - from strategy to delivery
  • Strong writing and editing skills for various digital formats
  • Confidence in using marketing automation tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot, EngageBay or similar)
  • Proven project management and vendor coordination capabilities
  • Familiarity with Office 365 tools (Teams, SharePoint, Excel, etc.)
  • High attention to detail, especially in scheduling, proofing, and brand consistency
  • Ability to work independently and manage remote relationships across geographies

Bonus if You Also Have:

  • Experience in Microsoft ecosystem or eDiscovery industries
  • Background in ABM, SEO/SEM or CRM database management
  • A knack for bringing creative ideas to life within structured frameworks
