A leading company in the Independent Automotive Aftermarket (IAAM) is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead strategic marketing initiatives across multiple business divisions. This role will focus on digital marketing, B2B engagement, lead generation, trade show participation, distributor support, and customer education.
A key aspect of this role is leveraging digital platforms and CRM systems to enhance brand visibility, customer engagement, and sales opportunities. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in B2B marketing, digital campaigns, and content creation, as well as event management and strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive B2B lead generation.
Oversee SEO, Google Ads, LinkedIn campaigns, and direct marketing initiatives.
Utilize CRM and digital platforms to optimize customer engagement and sales conversion.
Implement WhatsApp, email marketing, and social media campaigns to build brand awareness.
2. Content Creation & Brand Positioning
Manage and develop video content, social media strategies, and digital advertising.
Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels.
Oversee the production of blog posts, case studies, and technical content for customer education.
3. Trade Shows & Industry Events
Plan and manage regional trade show participation and customer engagement events.
Develop pre- and post-event marketing campaigns to maximize outreach and lead generation.
Work with key industry partners to enhance brand visibility at trade events.
Develop marketing support programs to strengthen distributor relationships.
Organize customer events and industry networking opportunities.
Implement loyalty and retention initiatives to drive long-term customer engagement.
5. Market Research & Performance Tracking
Conduct market analysis and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities.
Track campaign performance metrics, including website traffic, lead conversion, and brand reach.
Provide regular reports and insights to senior management.
Requirements
5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B or IAAM industries.
Strong expertise in digital marketing, lead generation, and content development.
Experience in trade show management and distributor marketing.
Proficiency in SEO, Google Ads, CRM systems, and social media platforms.
Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills.
Preferred Skills
Experience with B2B e-commerce platforms and digital sales tools.
Knowledge of video content creation and YouTube marketing.
Background in automotive aftermarket, industrial, or technical marketing.
