Job description

As the Marketing Manager / Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the marketing strategy. Developing and implementing marketing initiatives, advising the business on brand development, and managing relationships with advertising agencies and designers.

This is a half-day, in-office position.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Brand Refresh & Management
  2. Agency and Vendor Management
  3. Campaign Management
  4. Advisory Role: Work closely with the Directors, advising them on marketing strategies and business opportunities to elevate the brand and optimize marketing spend.
  5. Content Creation & Direction
  6. Market Research & Insights
  7. Reporting & Analytics
Skills & Qualifications:
  1. Proven experience in marketing, preferably in a specialist role.
  2. Strong knowledge of marketing strategies, digital marketing, branding, and campaign execution.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Experience managing external agencies and vendors.
  5. Ability to work independently and provide strategic advice to senior leadership.
  6. Strong project management and organizational skills.
  7. Creativity and a keen eye for design and brand aesthetics.
  8. Ability to work collaboratively, while also managing external partnerships.
  9. Familiarity with marketing tools and software for campaign management, analytics, and reporting.

This role may suit a marketing professional who would like to utilise their skills on a half-day basis, or someone who would like to scale down from a full-time corporate marketing role while still achieving job fulfillment.
