Purpose of the job

Within the Channel Marketing team, you will lead the creation of strategic marketing communications that drive engagement with our key clients and nurture relationships with issuers who embed Priority Pass and Lounge Key into their benefits programs. You will work closely with regional marketing and global commercial teams to identify opportunities for impactful marketing that meets commercial and business objectives. Execution quality is essential, and you will produce high-quality, impactful materials.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead and motivate the client marketing team to deliver strategic priorities.
  2. Build strong relationships with regional marketing managers and VPs, identify opportunities to lead global B2B marketing programs.
  3. Share best practices across regions, fostering innovation and creativity.
  4. Support initiatives to improve tracking, analysis, and understanding of content engagement.
  5. Produce and quality control client marketing collateral, including product decks, FAQs, customer journeys, videos, sales materials, and onboarding toolkits.
  6. Liaise with Global Account Directors and Managers to understand client motivations and market intelligence, translating these into sales collateral.
  7. Stay updated on product features and roadmaps, creating GTM strategies for new releases.
  8. Support communication efforts for global audiences, including RFPs and business reviews.
  9. Develop communication strategies for key accounts, collaborating with commercial teams.
  10. Use Salesforce and analytics to support campaign planning and performance tracking.
  11. Manage email campaigns, optimize engagement, and monitor impact.
  12. Support client hub optimization strategies.
  13. Manage a team of 1-2 marketing executives.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
  • Degree or equivalent qualification.
  • 6-7 years in B2C or B2B marketing communications.
  • Proven track record in developing and leading marketing plans in fast-paced environments.
  • Experience in financial services, fintech, or travel, with knowledge of the payments industry preferred.
  • Strong interest in travel and financial services trends, especially digital trends.
  • Exceptional project management, collaboration, organizational, writing, and presentation skills.
  • Adaptability to changing priorities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex information and craft engaging stories.
