Purpose of the job

Within the Channel Marketing team, you will lead the creation of strategic marketing communications to engage our key clients and nurture relationships with issuers who embed Priority Pass and Lounge Key into their benefits programs to reward and retain their most valuable cardholders. You will collaborate with regional marketing and global commercial teams to identify opportunities for impactful marketing that aligns with business objectives. Execution quality is vital, and you will be responsible for producing high-impact materials. This role includes line management responsibilities, requiring you to develop, coach, and demonstrate best practices to the team.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead and motivate the client marketing team to achieve strategic priorities.
  2. Build strong relationships with regional marketing managers and VPs, identifying opportunities for global B2B marketing initiatives that meet commercial goals. Share best practices and foster innovation.
  3. Support initiatives to improve content engagement tracking and analysis.
  4. Produce and quality control client marketing collateral, including product decks, FAQs, customer journeys, videos, sales materials, and onboarding toolkits.
  5. Collaborate with Global Account Directors and Managers to understand client motivations, gather market intelligence, and develop sales collateral with proof points.
  6. Stay updated on product features and create GTM strategies for new releases and enhancements.
  7. Assist with bi-monthly client updates and ad hoc communications for a global audience.
  8. Support RFPs and business reviews at global and regional levels.
  9. Develop communication strategies for global key accounts in coordination with commercial teams and regional updates.
  10. Utilize Salesforce and data analytics for campaign planning and performance measurement, with proficiency in email campaign management and audience segmentation.
  11. Monitor and report on engagement activities and overall plans.
  12. Support client hub optimization strategies.
  13. Manage a team of 1-2 marketing executives.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
  • Degree or equivalent qualification.
  • 6-7 years’ experience in B2C or B2B marketing communications.
  • Proven track record in developing and leading marketing plans and creative communications in fast-paced environments.
  • Ability to align commercial objectives with marketing strategies and GTM plans.
  • Experience in financial services, fintech, or travel, with knowledge of the payments industry preferred.
  • Strong interest in travel and financial industry trends, especially digital and customer trends.
  • Exceptional project management, collaboration, problem-solving, organizational, writing, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong IT skills, proficient in MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Collaborative mindset, capable of working across multiple teams including commercial, marketing, product, data, and senior management.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex information and craft engaging stories about product innovations.
