Marketing Manager

Job Responsibilities

1. Develop, implement, and execute a corporate marketing strategy.
2. Create and manage a marketing budget.
3. Standardize company marketing and public relations communication.
4. Collaborate with media organizations.
5. Manage all social media platforms to enhance brand awareness.
6. Assist in preparing board reports and presentations.
7. Maintain an up-to-date property photo library.
8. Organize industry events and presentations.
9. Analyze data to evaluate marketing effectiveness and develop new ideas to improve brand visibility.
10. Plan, organize, manage, and execute marketing projects and initiatives.
11. Conduct competitor research and assess demand for properties.
12. Liaise with external property managers to optimize marketing efforts.
13. Liaise with the leasing team to produce property and premises brochures, design and update vacancy schedules.

Minimum Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in a marketing role.
• Property industry experience is preferred.
• Strong understanding of traditional and emerging marketing channels.
• Stay updated on industry developments and AI portals.
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
• Proficiency in MS Office, web design, and managing social media pages.
• Analytical skills to forecast trends and identify challenges.
• Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong research and writing skills.
• Experience in conferencing and event management.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt to changing priorities.
• Excellent time management, discretion, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint presentation skills.
