Overview:

They are seeking a Mobile Marketing Manager to lead and optimize the Mobile App Strategy. This role presents an exciting opportunity to drive growth in an established e-commerce marketplace by optimizing customer acquisition, enhancing app engagement, and focusing on existing user retention.

This position will be instrumental in leveraging data to develop and execute strategies focused on increasing the volume and quality of new and existing customers acquired through app marketing. The role combines strategic thinking with analytical expertise to deliver measurable results in a fast-paced digital environment. You will have high visibility within the business, including presenting key strategies to the CEO.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Leverage data to optimize and develop strategies, focusing on increasing the volume and quality of new and existing customers acquired through app marketing.
  • Identify areas of opportunity and execute projects to drive growth and engagement across apps.
  • Analyze and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) on a monthly and weekly basis, including Cost per Install, ROI, App Store ranking, and installs.
  • Stay up to date with the latest mobile marketing trends, making suggestions for new opportunities and functionalities.
  • Create and implement ASO (App Store Optimization) strategies within both the Apple and Google Play stores.
  • Manage relationships with existing suppliers and onboard new ones to test different strategies and inventories.
  • Allocate and manage the mobile marketing budget.
  • Utilize mobile attribution tools, specifically AppsFlyer, to create, track, and optimize campaigns.
  • Use SQL Redshift & Quicksight to analyze app data and subscriber LTV.
  • Collaborate closely with design teams to develop and test new creative.
  • Work closely with the tech department to ensure app tracking and functionality are up to date.
  • Create and optimize campaigns on Meta, Apple Search Ads, Display, and Google UAC to increase installs and revenue through Android and iOS apps.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years’ experience within mobile app marketing, with proven examples of growing app installs, revenue, app usage, engagement, and ASO.
  • Independent, structured, and precise work ethic, with the ability to independently think, investigate, and drill into data, spotting and highlighting important trends.
  • Excellent numerical and analytical competency, with strong proficiency in Excel.
  • Proven experience and competency with mobile attribution platforms such as AppsFlyer, Branch, or similar tools.
  • Strong understanding and experience with Paid App Store Optimization (ASO) strategies.
  • Experience with mobile marketing channels like Apple Search Ads, Meta, Display, and Google UAC.
  • Familiarity with SQL or a strong interest in learning it.
