Job description

What you will be doing:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company objectives while creating annual marketing plans and budgets with performance tracking
  • Collaborate with product teams to develop compelling value propositions and create marketing materials including sales collateral
  • Lead marketing actions and collaborate across departments to ensure cohesive messaging and business alignment
  • Direct all digital marketing initiatives including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and content strategy while analyzing performance metrics to optimize campaigns
  • Contribute to the creation of compelling marketing content across platforms while ensuring alignment with brand voice and marketing objectives in close collaboration with the Content Creation team
  • Produce actionable insights from marketing analytics to guide strategic decisions and monitor industry developments
  • Support Sales Outbound activities
  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels with clear objectives, KPIs, and measurement frameworks
  • Contribute to successful product launches while gathering and incorporating customer feedback for improvements

What you bring:

  • 6+ years experience
  • Strong background in B2B Marketing / Sales enablement
  • Track record of setting up digital marketing funnels, including website, GTM and lead generation tools
  • Understanding of complex, e.g. scientific or data related topics and the capacity to convey them to a larger public
