The Marketing Manager role is responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive business growth, brand awareness, and customer engagement across various channels and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement digital media strategies and budgets.
Manage external agencies and partners.
Create original content and align with group-wide digital initiatives.
Maintain communication with senior management through regular updates and reporting.
Manage marketing budgets and serve as a liaison with the Group Marketing and media agencies.
Collaborate with internal teams to source and produce high-quality content.
Design and execute local and international promotional campaigns in collaboration with sales teams.
Manage promotional budgets, timelines, and third-party service providers.
Use project management to ensure successful and impactful promotions.
Analyse consumer and market data to identify trends and guide strategic decisions.
Provide actionable insights to senior management and collaborate with market insight professionals.
Lead the planning and execution of key marketing events and trade shows.
Support group-led events to ensure consistent brand representation and visibility.
Minimum Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field.
Experience:
5-7 years in marketing management.
5-7 years proven track record of successful management & execution of campaigns.
5-7 years of digital marketing (social media, SEO, E-mail marketing).
5-7 years of data analytics and interpretation.
Knowledge:
5-7 years of marketing strategies and tactics.
5-7 years of brand management and positioning.
FMCG knowledge, preferably in fresh produce (desirable).
Knowledge of Middle East and/or Asian markets (desirable).
