Marketing Manager

Job Title: Marketing Manager (Central Marketing Function)

Location: Remote

Reports To: Marketing Director

About Us: This Group is a UK-based global social enterprise made up of several business units, including 3 companies. We're looking for clear expertise in social media management, email campaigns, content creation and design, brand guidelines, and SEO to really help us with best practice and improve our marketing strategy.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or in a similar role
2. Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously
3. Exceptional eye for detail and excellent written communication skills
4. Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Premier Pro, Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Mailchimp)
5. Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, SEO, and content marketing, particularly TikTok
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a global, dispersed team
7. Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving and achieving outcomes
8. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred
