Job description

  • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to drive business growth and increase brand awareness.
  • Oversee social media marketing across all relevant platforms, ensuring consistent brand messaging and strong audience engagement.
  • Lead and manage all aspects of digital marketing, including website management, email marketing, SEO, SEM, and online paid media campaigns.
  • Manage and execute effective public relations strategies to enhance the resort’s reputation and visibility in the market.
  • Oversee all design elements to ensure brand consistency and alignment with the brand identity.
  • Create and maintain a strong, recognisable brand presence through impactful marketing initiatives.
  • Drive lead generation across multiple channels, aligning efforts with overall business objectives.
  • Optimise the Estate’s online presence through effective management of digital platforms and channels.
  • Plan and execute large-scale brand awareness campaigns aimed at attracting new customers and retaining existing ones.
  • Compile and manage a comprehensive marketing calendar, ensuring efficient coordination of all campaigns and activities.
  • Monitor, analyse, and report on key marketing performance metrics to evaluate the success of campaigns and inform future strategies.
  • Demonstrate a consistent track record of achieving positive return on investment (ROI) through data-driven marketing efforts.

Marketing Manager required for a Country and wine estate.

Proven experience in social media management and CRM systems.

Proficiency in email marketing platforms and campaign execution.

Experience with paid media advertising on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads (advantageous).

Working knowledge of WordPress – particularly with Divi or Elementor page builders (advantageous).

Knowledge of Google Suite including Google Ads, Tag Manager, Search Console, and Google Analytics.

Advanced computer literacy and confidence working with various digital platforms.

Familiarity with managing and publishing across multiple social media platforms, including post creation, scheduling, engagement, and ad management.

Sound understanding of the public relations, design, and marketing industries.

Knowledge of print production processes, including supplier liaison and preparing artwork for print.

Strong grasp of corporate identity and brand management principles.

Advanced proficiency in design software, with preferred experience in Canva and / or the Adobe Creative Suite (e.g. Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).

Competence in statistical marketing research and performance analytics.

Experience in managing a small marketing team or external suppliers to deliver projects on time and to a high standard (advantageous).
