A renowned Country and wine estate is seeking a Marketing Manager to enhance its brand presence and engage audiences through strategic marketing initiatives. The successful candidate will lead digital marketing efforts, manage public relations, and oversee design elements to ensure brand consistency and effectiveness. Strong experience in social media management and proficiency in relevant marketing tools are essential for success in this role.
Marketing Manager required for a Country and wine estate.
Proven experience in social media management and CRM systems.
Proficiency in email marketing platforms and campaign execution.
Experience with paid media advertising on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads (advantageous).
Working knowledge of WordPress – particularly with Divi or Elementor page builders (advantageous).
Knowledge of Google Suite including Google Ads, Tag Manager, Search Console, and Google Analytics.
Advanced computer literacy and confidence working with various digital platforms.
Familiarity with managing and publishing across multiple social media platforms, including post creation, scheduling, engagement, and ad management.
Sound understanding of the public relations, design, and marketing industries.
Knowledge of print production processes, including supplier liaison and preparing artwork for print.
Strong grasp of corporate identity and brand management principles.
Advanced proficiency in design software, with preferred experience in Canva and / or the Adobe Creative Suite (e.g. Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
Competence in statistical marketing research and performance analytics.
Experience in managing a small marketing team or external suppliers to deliver projects on time and to a high standard (advantageous).
