Job description

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing Manager to drive our brand presence, lead marketing initiatives, and support business growth within the B2B wholesale industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, managing campaigns, and ensuring alignment with business objectives to enhance customer engagement and sales.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop, establish, and maintain marketing strategies aligned with sales objectives.
  2. Oversee marketing, advertising, and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility.
  3. Create and produce advertising and marketing materials that align with company strategies.
  4. Manage and monitor the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
  5. Lead, mentor, and develop a creative team within the marketing department.
  6. Conduct market research on product trends, routes to market, and industry innovations.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  2. 6-8 years of marketing experience with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  3. Expertise in strategic planning, communications, marketing, and media relations.
  4. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  5. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud programs (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects).
  6. Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, and SEO best practices.
  7. Experience in B2B e-commerce platforms (advantageous).
  8. Technical knowledge of social media and email marketing platforms.

Day-to-day:

  1. Develop and execute marketing plans for new and existing products/brands.
  2. Drive the company’s online strategy, optimizing SEO and Google Analytics insights.
  3. Plan, manage, and execute trade show events, industry exhibitions, and internal conferences.
  4. Liaise with sales reps, category managers, IT, and finance to ensure marketing alignment.
  5. Manage multiple projects from concept to completion, ensuring deadlines are met.
