About The Role

We are seeking a creative and driven Marketing Manager to spearhead marketing initiatives for our Centre. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative campaigns and promotional events designed to elevate the Centre's presence and drive its success. You will leverage current trends and customer insights to create impactful marketing strategies that align with our goals.

What You Will Bring

  1. A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
  2. Demonstrated success as a Marketing Manager, preferably in a retail environment or similar role.
  3. Solid understanding of market research techniques, data analysis, and statistical methods to inform strategic decisions.
  4. In-depth knowledge of strategic planning principles and marketing best practices to drive effective campaigns.
  5. Proficiency in MS Office and marketing software, including CRM systems.
  6. Familiarity with social and web analytics tools (e.g., Web Trends) to track and optimize performance.
  7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence various stakeholders.
  8. Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple projects efficiently and meet deadlines.
  9. A creative mindset coupled with commercial awareness to craft compelling marketing strategies that resonate with our audience.

What You Will Be Doing

  1. Conceive and develop efficient and intuitive marketing strategies.
  2. Organize and oversee advertising/communication campaigns (social media, TV, exhibitions, and promotional events).
  3. Conduct market analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness, and competition ventures.
  4. Initiate and control surveys to assess customer requirements and dedication.
  5. Write copy for diverse marketing distributions (brochures, press releases, website material, etc.).
  6. Maintain relationships with media vendors and publishers to ensure collaboration in promotional activities.
  7. Monitor progress of campaigns using various metrics and submit reports of performance.
  8. Collaborate with managers in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses.
  9. Ensure that exhibition court space is sold to ensure steady income towards the Centre.
  10. Control marketing and exhibition budget and ensure that all expenditure is accounted for.
  11. Ensure that all exhibition contracts are signed and exhibitor payments are paid before exhibitor payments.
  12. Tenant coordination and liaison.
