Our client is seeking a Marketing Manager for their team in JHB.

Requirements:

• BA Marketing (NQF7) or equivalent qualification or higher
• Own transport
• Valid driver's license
• Ability and willingness to work extended hours at your own initiative/request
• 3 years' experience in B2B marketing
• 1 year's experience in logistics/freight/transport
• Proven experience in digital marketing, lead generation, content creation
• Experience in market research

About the role:

To develop and implement the marketing strategy to increase brand awareness and visibility within the market for all services offered. The role involves researching market opportunities, enhancing customer engagement through online platforms, and executing marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Marketing Strategy Development: Develop and implement marketing strategies and plans to boost brand visibility and market penetration.
2. Implementation: Execute approved marketing strategies and manage multidisciplinary communication programs.
3. Brand Management: Design and develop content for electronic notice boards, branding, promotional materials, and websites. Plan and execute sales, advertising campaigns, trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities. Manage relationships with external agencies, media partners, and industry stakeholders. Drive customer engagement through loyalty programs, promotions, and strategic partnerships.
4. Digital Marketing: Manage SEO, email marketing, and social media campaigns. Monitor trends, analyze engagement, and report on digital activities. Maintain websites and track data analytics.
5. Lead Generation: Collaborate with sales teams to create targeted campaigns, develop client partnerships, and generate new revenue streams.
6. Research and Analysis: Conduct market research, analyze industry data, customer insights, and campaign performance to inform strategic decisions and optimize marketing efforts.

Salary & Benefits:
