Position Overview : As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our products and services.

You will lead a team of marketing professionals and work closely with the sales and product development teams to achieve our business goals.

Your team will include 1 Senior Marketing Coordinator and 2 Junior Marketing Coordinators.

Key Responsibilities :
  1. Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans and strategies.
  2. Manage all marketing activities, including digital marketing, content creation, and social media.
  3. Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
  4. Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing strategies with sales objectives.
  5. Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
  6. Manage the marketing budget and ensure cost-effective solutions.
  7. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and industry partners.
  8. Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team.
  9. Organize and participate in trade shows and industry associations.
  10. Oversee all marketing media, including print, digital, and social media.
  11. Create engaging video content to promote our products and services.
  12. Oversee the company's websites and e-commerce platforms.
Qualifications :
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think creatively and strategically.
