We are looking for a Marketing Manager to join our amazing team.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly motivated Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our brand and services. You will be responsible for driving growth through traditional and digital marketing channels, while also being involved operationally in the day-to-day activities of the company.

  6. Start-up Experience: Experience working in a start-up environment and thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  7. Collaborative: Able to work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and engineering.
  8. Excellent Communication Skills: Able to clearly communicate their ideas and strategies to both internal teams and external stakeholders.
  9. Continuous Learner: Always curious, willing to learn and stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and technologies.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute marketing strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
  2. Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
  3. Work closely with the sales team to create effective sales collateral, such as brochures, presentations, and proposals.
  4. Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring that campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
  5. Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the healthcare industry.
  6. Analyse campaign data to measure the success of marketing efforts and provide insights for improvement.
  7. Collaborate with the product team to ensure that marketing messaging is aligned with product offerings.
  8. Coordinate with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing initiatives.
  9. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including industry influencers, media outlets, and community organisations.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field.
  2. 5+ years of experience in marketing.
  3. Strong understanding of traditional and digital marketing techniques.
  4. Ability to develop and execute marketing strategies across multiple channels.
  5. Strong analytical skills with experience using marketing analytics tools.
  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  7. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  8. Comfortable with ambiguity and able to thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment.
  9. Proven ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
