Minimum requirements :

  1. Education : Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Diploma in Graphic Designing and Web Designing.
  2. Experience : At least 5 years of proven experience in a marketing management role, preferably in a product-based or distribution environment.
  3. Digital Marketing Expertise : Proficiency in managing digital marketing platforms (Google Analytics, SEO tools, social media advertising, etc.).
  4. Technical Skills : Experience with CRM software and marketing automation tools.
  5. Project Management : Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, with a track record of delivering results within deadlines.
  6. Leadership : Proven experience leading and developing a team of marketing professionals, with strong people management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and manage the marketing team, including a Web Designer, Graphic Designer, and Multimedia Content Creator, to deliver cohesive and impactful marketing campaigns.
  2. Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and sales growth.
  3. Oversee all digital marketing initiatives, including website management, social media, email marketing, SEO strategies, and content marketing.
  4. Manage advertising and promotional campaigns in coordination with external agencies.
  5. Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor strategies to identify opportunities for growth.
  6. Plan and manage marketing budgets to optimize return on investment.
  7. Coordinate with Sales, Technical, and Procurement Departments to ensure marketing strategies align with company goals.
  8. Organize and execute marketing events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
  9. Prepare marketing reports, track performance metrics, and present actionable insights to senior management.
