Purpose: Responsible for the company's Marketing & communication strategies, the overall brand image, and the performance of the Marketing department. Responsible for all Marketing (ATL, BTL, TTL) activities for the company, aligned with HQ / RHQ requirements, working in conjunction with supporting departments to reach marketing objectives and goals.
Key responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:
- Campaign Management (New Product Introductions - NPI): Development and implementation of NPI via strategic ATL and BTL initiatives including Television, Print, Online, Public Relations, Launch, Activations, Promotions, point of sale, etc.
- BTL Activities: Compile briefs, work with creative agencies, project manage creative content, liaise for approvals, manage product launches, and develop media strategies for NPI. Manage PR initiatives to maximize exposure and brand awareness. Conduct post-campaign analysis for ROI.
- Digital Marketing (Co-Assist Web Marketing): Provide strategies and product information, ensure website updates, brief agencies on digital and SNS requirements, and outline objectives and targets.
- GTM / Trade Marketing: Provide yearly product roadmap and NPI strategy, develop POS materials, and supply product specifications and training materials to KAMs and retailers.
- Budget Management: Manage marketing budgets, oversee spend, process payments, and ensure cost savings through procurement processes.
- Events and Activation Management (Assist): Manage consumer and trade shows, ensure all elements are within timelines, and coordinate with agencies for successful execution.
- Product Marketing / Management: Distribute product and campaign information, manage samples and POS, and support sales and marketing channels.
- Marketing Research: Brief research agencies, analyze data, and develop insights for marketing planning.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Journalism, or Communications.
- 7 to 10+ years related experience, including experience as a Marketing Manager overseeing staff.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment, with good knowledge of marketing, sales, and warehouse procedures.
- Proven track record in customer relations, advanced MS Office skills, and ability to operate company systems.
- Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.
