Are you a creative marketing professional ready to take ownership of multiple high-profile shopping centres?

A dynamic opportunity exists for an experienced Marketing Manager to join a fast-paced, forward-thinking property environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on variety, has a passion for strategic marketing, and enjoys creating engaging shopper experiences.

Working across a portfolio of four vibrant shopping centres, the successful candidate will be responsible for the full marketing function, from campaign strategy and budget control to event management and tenant liaison. This is a highly autonomous role that calls for innovation, commercial acumen, and a results-driven mindset.

Key Duties :

  • Develop and implement centre-specific marketing strategies
  • Manage and control marketing budgets
  • Lead planning and execution of promotional campaigns and events
  • Liaise with tenants, suppliers, and advertising agencies
  • Produce monthly marketing reports and insights
  • Oversee media liaison and PR opportunities
  • Maintain and grow a strong social media presence for each centre
  • Monitor and analyse market trends and competitor activity
  • Coordinate community engagement and CSI initiatives

Key Requirements :

  • A relevant Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, or Public Relations
  • 35 years experience in a marketing role, preferably within a retail or shopping centre environment
  • Strong copywriting, campaign planning, and digital marketing skills
  • Experience with social media strategy and content management
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • A proactive and innovative approach with strong attention to detail
  • Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including weekends when required
  • Proficiency in MS Office and marketing software tools
