Job Title: Marketing Manager

Main responsibilities:

  1. Develop a unique and compelling high-end brand strategy for the South Africa market, including detailed B2B marketing strategies tailored to local market conditions and company goals.
  2. Coordinate with HQ strategic marketing team to localize and implement strategies.
  3. Collaborate with sales and product teams to identify suitable products for the market and to create innovative sales campaigns.
  4. Support the launch of new products with appropriate positioning and analyze customer journeys for digital and traditional channels to optimize interactions.
  5. Create and manage content across social media platforms, including existing channels in India and new platforms.
  6. Build relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and develop engaging content with technical teams, identifying effective promotional tactics.
  7. Maintain relationships with customers and industry organizations, providing support and strategic development insights.
  8. Conduct market research with research and sales teams to analyze consumer needs, market conditions, and competition to inform marketing strategies.

Requirements and personal attributes:

  1. Bachelor's degree or higher.
  2. Minimum 6 years of marketing management experience, with at least 3 years in B2B segment preferred.
  3. Over 3 years of team management experience.
  4. Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
  5. Willingness to travel for meetings, exhibitions, and events.
  6. Strong strategic thinking, communication skills, teamwork, proactive attitude, and customer orientation.
  7. Problem-solving skills.
