Role Overview
The Marketing Manager will lead the development and execution of high-impact, data-led marketing campaigns across multiple countries in the SEA region. This includes managing external agencies, collaborating with internal stakeholders, and ensuring alignment with global brand standards. The role requires a strong blend of strategic thinking, creative execution, and analytical rigor.
Key Responsibilities
Multi-Country Marketing Program Planning & Execution
- Design and implement integrated marketing programs tailored to diverse markets within Southern and East Africa.
- Manage creative and media agencies to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of marketing assets.
- Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and budget tracking to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Monitor program performance and share insights and best practices across the broader marketing community.
- Prepare and deliver regular reports and updates to internal stakeholders.
Campaign Development & Execution
Develop and execute digital-first, data-driven campaigns that align with business objectives and brand strategy.Build comprehensive business cases and secure alignment from cross-functional stakeholders.Create end-to-end communication plans with clearly defined KPIs and success metrics.Ensure campaigns are locally relevant while maintaining consistency with global messaging.Collaborate with integrated marketing teams to deliver seamless, multi-channel campaigns.Track and analyze campaign performance to optimize future initiatives.Stakeholder Collaboration & Management
Work closely with sales, marketing, and country management teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.Coordinate with agency partners to ensure consistent messaging and execution across all touchpoints.Provide strategic input and marketing expertise to internal and external partners.Candidate Profile
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in a marketing management role, preferably within the services sector.Proven experience in developing and executing marketing strategies in Southern and East African markets.Demonstrated success in , campaign management, and partnership marketing.Skills & Competencies
