The Group Marketing Manager is responsible for overseeing the marketing strategies and initiatives of a company across multiple brands and business units.

This role involves coordinating with various teams to ensure consistent brand messaging, optimizing marketing campaigns, and driving growth through innovative marketing solutions.

Marketing Management Responsibilities
  1. Strategic Planning and Execution
    Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
    Oversee the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across different brands or business units.
    Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
  2. Team Leadership and Development
    Lead, mentor, and manage a team of marketing professionals.
    Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the marketing team.
    Provide guidance and support for the career development and growth of team members.
  3. Brand Management
    Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all marketing channels and materials.
    Manage brand identity and maintain brand standards.
    Oversee the development and implementation of brand strategies for multiple brands or business units.
  4. Campaign Management
    Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, print, social media, etc.).
    Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to deliver impactful campaigns.
    Track and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to improve results.
  5. Budget Management
    Develop and manage marketing budgets for different brands or business units.
    Ensure efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI on marketing spend.
    Monitor and report on budget performance, adjusting as necessary.
  6. Market Research and Analysis
    Conduct market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and trends.
    Analyze data to inform marketing strategies and campaign decisions.
    Stay updated on industry developments and best practices.
  7. Stakeholder Collaboration

    Update social media platforms weekly, every Monday.
    Platforms include Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter/X, YouTube, LinkedIn.
  • Website Maintenance
    Perform routine maintenance, monitor plugins, implement approved content/changes, and submit maintenance reports.
  • Website SEO
    Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and update SEO strategies; submit SEO reports.
  • Event Planning
    Assist with attendance at shows and exhibitions, plan events, design marketing materials, and coordinate logistics.
  • New Websites
    Manage the full lifecycle of creating new websites.
