Job summary

Une entreprise leader dans le domaine du confort thermique recherche un Marketing Manager pour diriger la stratégie marketing sur le marché sud-africain. Vous serez responsable de la gestion des campagnes marketing, des budgets, et de la collaboration avec des équipes multidisciplinaires pour amplifier l'image de marque et les initiatives de lancement de produits. Ce rôle exige une passion pour la communication et un solide parcours en marketing au sein de l'environnement stimulant de l'industrie des biens durables.

Qualifications

  • 7 à 10+ ans d'expérience dans un environnement multinational.
  • Expérience avérée dans la gestion de campagnes marketing ATL, BTL et digitales.
  • Capacité à gérer des budgets et des projets transversaux.

Job Opening: Marketing Manager

Reporting to the Country Director, you will work closely with our regional team to drive our marketing strategy, brand image, and campaign execution across all channels.

Responsibilities
  1. Lead Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute annual marketing plans aligned with global and regional goals.
  2. Campaign Champion: Manage ATL, BTL, and TTL campaigns for product launches, promotions, and brand awareness.
  3. Digital & Social Media: Oversee digital strategy, content, SEO, paid media, and influencer partnerships.
  4. Trade & Retail Marketing: Support product launches with POS materials, training content, and retailer support.
  5. Events & Activations: Plan and execute trade shows, roadshows, and consumer events.
  6. Product Marketing: Ensure timely delivery of product samples, specs, and marketing materials.
  7. Market Insights: Collaborate with research agencies to understand consumer behavior and trends.
  8. Loyalty Programs: Manage our Installer Rewards Program to boost engagement and sales.
  9. Budget Ownership: Plan, track, and optimize the annual marketing budget.
  10. Agency Management: Manage relationships with media, creative, and PR agencies.
  11. Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with Sales, GTM, After-Sales, and Supply Chain teams.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Journalism, or Communications.
  • 7 to 10+ years of relevant experience, preferably in a multinational or durable goods environment.
  • Proven experience managing ATL, BTL, and digital marketing campaigns.
  • Ability to manage budgets, agencies, and cross-functional projects.
  • Experience in team leadership or cross-functional coordination.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with internal teams and external partners.
  • Result-oriented, creative leadership, capable of working autonomously.
  • Passionate team player with excellent relationship management skills.
