In House Marketing Manager

JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for all in-house marketing activities at the site.

Primary responsibilities include direct management of the in-house marketing team, maintaining an acceptable resort occupancy rate, ensuring an excellent owner experience, and coordinating with Resort, Front Line sales, In-House sales, and Corporate / Regional In-House Marketing Directors / Managers.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
  • Manage the In-house Marketing Team: interview, hire, train employees; plan, assign, and direct work; conduct performance reviews; motivate, reward, and provide disciplinary actions when necessary (including termination and conflict resolution).
  • Maintain site marketing conversion rates according to standards.
  • Resolve issues related to tour statuses, bookings, coding, etc.
  • Keep copies of invitations and daily tour manifests for reference.
  • Prepare and run daily/weekly reports.
  • Compile performance data for team members.
  • Coordinate with sales teams regarding tour seat availability and flow.
  • Disseminate relevant Marketing / Concierge information timely and properly.
  • Coordinate with sales on new or changed marketing programs (booking/gifting policies).
  • Submit employee payroll on time.
  • Perform other related functions as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS :
  • Experience in timeshare sales and marketing required.
  • 2+ years management or supervisory experience, or 2+ years in timeshare equivalent roles.
  • Flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to interact effectively with customers and salespeople.
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple situations simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of commission payroll and understanding.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate across departments.

Starting salary is generally $44,000 - $44,000 per year plus commissions and bonuses. Salary is based on experience, education, skills, and location.
