Job description

Sales & Marketing Strategy Execution
Develop and present the annual marketing plan, ensuring alignment with business goals and brand positioning.

Define roadmaps and allocate budgets across PR, CRM, social media, online / offline media, and the website.

Implement and adjust marketing strategies based on ROI analysis throughout the year.

Work closely with the sales team to align commercial and marketing efforts.

Oversee budget management in collaboration with finance for optimal resource allocation.

Brand Development & Market Positioning
Drive brand awareness and desirability for international destinations and the local resort.

Customize global marketing materials to suit the local market.

Execute omnichannel branding campaigns in collaboration with regional teams.

Manage media partnerships, PR events, and influencer collaborations to maximize exposure.

Digital & Omnichannel Growth
Optimize customer journeys online, from inspiration to final booking.

Monitor website performance and implement improvements to increase conversion rates.

Work closely with the contact center teams to ensure an integrated omnichannel experience across web, phone, and WhatsApp.

Customer & Market Intelligence
Conduct customer research through focus groups, client feedback, and market analysis.

Utilize marketing agencies and research data to identify trends and opportunities.

Monitor competitor activities and integrate findings into marketing strategies.

Trade Marketing & Sales Enablement
Develop trade marketing strategies and materials in collaboration with the sales team.

Provide ongoing product training and market updates to internal teams and partners.

Ensure indirect sales platforms and MICE websites remain updated with relevant content.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
Represent marketing in leadership business reviews.

Keep sales and customer service teams informed of campaigns and product updates.

Work closely with the customer care team to enhance call center performance.

The Successful Applicant
6 - 10 years of experience in marketing.
Expertise in marketing, campaign execution, and budget management.
Strong understanding of brand communication, audience targeting, and social media.
Analytical mindset with a performance and ROI-driven approach.
Excellent presentation and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in PowerPoint & Excel.
Willingness to travel locally & internationally.
Fluency in English (French is an advantage).
