Our client, a leader in the B2B wholesale space, is looking for an experienced and creative Marketing Manager to join their team. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker who excels at building brand presence, driving digital marketing initiatives, and leading a talented marketing team to deliver outstanding results.

What Youll Be Doing :

Develop & Execute Marketing Strategies

Create and implement strong marketing plans that align with business objectives and elevate brand visibility.

Manage Brand Identity

Ensure consistency and quality across all marketing materials, communications, and platforms.

Lead Digital Marketing & E-Commerce Efforts

Drive online marketing strategies, optimize SEO and Google Analytics insights, manage social media, email campaigns, and oversee the B2B e-commerce platforms success.

Oversee Creative Campaigns

Guide the creative process from concept to delivery, ensuring all campaigns are on-brand, engaging, and meet objectives.

Event & Trade Marketing Management

Plan, manage, and execute trade shows, exhibitions, and internal promotional events.

Collaborate Across Departments

Liaise with internal teams including sales, IT, finance, and category managers to ensure smooth and aligned marketing efforts.

Budget & Performance Tracking

Manage multiple projects within budget, monitor marketing metrics, and report on campaign performance.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor''s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • 6-8 years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
  • Strong background in brand management, digital marketing, and strategic planning
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, AfterEffects)
  • Expertise in SEO, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media marketing
  • Experience managing B2B e-commerce platforms (advantageous)
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and multitasking abilities
  • Previous experience in a B2B wholesale or trade marketing environment is beneficial
