Requirements:
- Degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in a strategic marketing role
- Experience in retail, interiors, or design-oriented sectors is advantageous
- Experience with Social Pilot, Mailchimp, Canva, Meta Ads Manager, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, Google Business Suite (incl. Google Analytics) required
- Proven experience leading brand repositioning, multichannel campaigns, and digital strategy
- Strong analytical and project management skills
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Refine and drive brand strategy to position the business as the premium choice.
- Lead the development and execution of multichannel marketing strategies (digital, traditional, in-store).
- Use market research and data to continuously refine messaging, campaigns, and audience targeting.
- Manage and evolve corporate identity and brand architecture.
- Ensure consistency in tone, messaging, and visual identity across all touchpoints.
- Plan, execute, and analyse brand and product campaigns aimed at trade and consumer audiences.
- Collaborate with sales and showroom teams to align marketing activities with business objectives.
- Own bi-annual Clearance Sale marketing strategy—from creative direction to performance tracking.
- Oversee the company’s digital presence, including website content, social media platforms, and email marketing.
- Manage the execution of paid media campaigns in partnership with an external digital agency.
- Monitor and report on KPIs for digital performance and showroom traffic.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a small in-house team (designer and marketing coordinator).
- Manage external agencies across creative, advertising, digital, and communications functions where required.
- Develop clear briefs and ensure on-time, on-brand execution.
- Track and report on key marketing metrics, adjusting strategy where necessary based on performance.
