Salary: R 40 000,00 - R 50 000,00 CTC per month (depending on experience)

Location: Ballito (Hybrid - 3 x per week in-office)

With a strong reputation for integrity, innovation, and long-term growth, they’re now hiring a Marketing Manager to lead their digital and brand strategy during an exciting period of expansion.

This is a strategic and hands-on role, ideal for a seasoned marketing professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys driving campaigns from ideation to performance tracking. You’ll oversee brand positioning, lead integrated marketing campaigns, and manage a mix of internal and external creatives while aligning closely with sales and operations.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a multi-channel marketing strategy aligned to the business vision.
  • Define and maintain a consistent brand identity across digital and offline platforms.
  • Lead annual marketing planning and goal setting with senior leadership.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to ensure strategic positioning.
  • Drive the business’s digital strategy, from content and CRM to paid media and social engagement.
  • Plan and oversee integrated campaigns across digital, print, outdoor, and events.
  • Manage property portal listings, paid ads, and community engagement initiatives.
  • Guide a small team of freelancers and external agencies.
  • Collaborate with estate managers and residents to foster a sense of community.
  • Set and track campaign KPIs and brand metrics.
  • Report monthly and quarterly to leadership with actionable insights.
  • Own the marketing budget and ensure cost-effective decision-making.
  • Lead PR efforts, from press releases to media appearances and community events.
  • Cultivate media and influencer relationships to enhance brand visibility.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in a full-stack marketing role.
  • Strong understanding of digital channels, CRM systems, and campaign management.
  • Experience in real estate, lifestyle, or community-based brands preferred.
