We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will oversee the marketing efforts across multiple facets of our business offerings, including Ops, BD and overall DLK group marketing needs. From strengthening our digital footprint, capitalizing on latest industry trends; crafting compelling marketing outputs, this role will be pivotal in driving awareness, engagement and lead generation for DLK Group.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain a comprehensive social media strategy that defines how social media marketing techniques will be applied to increase visibility and traffic across all DLK social sites.
Coordinate flow of information and communication and disseminate it according to overall marketing plan/strategy: content, media, website updates, internal communication, blog, case study.
Build and execute our email and digital communication plan working with the CRM, Business Development and technical team.
Responsible for setting up bulk emails process.
Oversee digital marketing channels, including website, social media, email campaigns, and online advertising, to optimize reach and engagement.
Lead the development of companywide social media management standards, policies, and rules of engagement.
Grow new leads, including marketing-qualified leads, by converting site traffic through calls-to-action, landing pages, and lead generation content.
Work with Business Development to improve organic search engine performance and goal setting based on click-through rates, traffic, and conversions.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, client preferences, and competitive landscapes, informing future marketing efforts.
Mentor and provide training to all DLK individuals throughout the organization on best practices for creating, managing, monitoring, and developing content for social networks.
Build and manage the company’s social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and additional channels that may be deemed relevant.
Build and manage a rich content/editorial calendar that attracts a qualified audience (including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, videos, webinars, infographics, etc.).
Identify ways to integrate social media into DLK business strategies and marketing campaigns.
Develop content and manage communications across various social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing initiatives, using data-driven insights to iterate and optimize strategies for maximum impact.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field advantageous.
Basic understanding of Canva/Graphic design.
Experience working with various Marketing tools.
Experience working within the ICT sector.
Working knowledge of market research, surveys, and data analytics.
Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
