Modern Day Talent in Cape Town offers a Marketing Intern role within a fast‑growing international business. You will gain hands‑on experience in writing, storytelling, and digital marketing while supporting campaigns to attract talent and international clients.

The position is hybrid – 3 days per week at our Cape Town offices, with hours 11:00 to 19:30 SAST. A monthly stipend of R8,000 is provided to help you grow your career in marketing, content creation, and AI-enabled campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Assist with content writing for blogs, website pages, newsletters, and social media.
• Support the creation of marketing materials and campaigns.
• Help draft LinkedIn posts and thought-leadership content.
• Manage daily LinkedIn community engagement to build relationships with potential clients.
• Conduct basic research for marketing topics and industry trends.
• Assist with content planning and scheduling.
• Support the team with creative marketing ideas and initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal team members on marketing projects.
