You’ll support a diverse range of businesses, including The Goodwood Hotel, Goodwood House, Health & Wellbeing, Golf At Goodwood, Hound Lodge, and The Kennels—our central clubhouse for all of the estate's sporting and social members.

You’ll ensure all marketing activities are fresh, effective, and engaging, maintaining consistency and alignment with the Goodwood brand. Your work will span digital and print platforms, delivering creative communication plans throughout the year, including managing web content and producing printed and digital newsletters.

As part of our high-performing team, you will add real value and deliver an exceptional customer experience. Your outstanding communication skills and creative flair are essential to executing our marketing plan at both strategic and tactical levels.

This is a creative, fast-paced role suited for someone who is highly organized, meets deadlines effectively, and enjoys working with a broad range of stakeholders.

What you'll have:

• Business/Marketing/PR/social media or Digital Marketing qualification or undergraduate study
• Demonstrable experience in marketing
• Excellent knowledge of social media, email, and digital marketing
• Experience in creating and managing effective integrated marketing campaigns
• Familiarity with content management systems, email marketing tools, website creation, Facebook Ads Manager, and Google Analytics
• Passion for hospitality and luxury brands (preferred)
• Strong copywriting skills with high standards of grammar and spelling
• Creative thinker with a proactive attitude and ability to quickly become operational
