Job description

  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across digital, print, and social media.
  • Coordinate the creation of marketing collateral (brochures, email newsletters, in-store posters, etc.)
  • Manage content updates on the company website and social media platforms.
  • Assist Group Marketing Manager with monthly Marketing invoicing and any other financial admin.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics (ROI, engagement, reach).
  • Good working relations with Suppliers.
  • Support the creation and scheduling of email marketing campaigns using platforms such as Campaign monitor.
  • Collaborate with design, agency, and pricing teams to align marketing efforts.

Events :

  • Plan and deliver internal and external events (e.g., Fourways store tasting events).
  • Liaise with vendors and suppliers to ensure smooth execution .
  • Accurate adherence to the Standard Operating Procedure for formal tasting events at NGF Fourways.
  • Manage event logistics and provide on-site support during events.

eCommerce Support :

  • Update of website front-end activity : Correct images and correct product descriptions.
  • Proactive escalation of any website issues.
  • Uploading of campaign creative elements to website.

Internal Support :

  • Execute on monthly internal staff newsletter.
  • Consistent communication and facilitation with internal departments like Procurement and Pricing team.
  • Assist any internal department requiring Marketing assistance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a marketing and / or event coordination role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities with an eye for detail.
  • Ability to multitask, work independently, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
