Job description

The purpose of the Marketing Coordinator is to assist with organizing regional events and attend partner meetings with sales and brand managers.

You will oversee partner accounts and work closely with account managers.

Performance Standards
  1. Create, implement, and manage project plans for various marketing activities.
  2. Prepare marketing plans for the company and its vendors.
  3. Implement and coordinate approved marketing activities in quarterly plans.
  4. Liaise with vendors, product managers, and suppliers.
  5. Maintain task lists and project sheets for marketing activities and events.
  6. Schedule regular meetings with Brand Managers to ensure activities follow the plan.
  7. Obtain approval and sign-off from Brand Managers for marketing activities.
  8. Track all marketing activities using a tracking sheet.
  9. Manage marketing briefs and liaise with suppliers for events and collateral.
  10. Maintain a trusted supplier database and manage procurement processes.
  11. Negotiate pricing and quality with vendors.
  12. Ensure adherence to brand guidelines.
  13. Plan and execute internal, external, and regional events.
  14. Manage event budgets and logistics, including setup, registration, and post-event reports.
  15. Book travel arrangements if required.
  16. Maintain and update the vendor portal, submit claims, and work with finance on invoices.

Requirements
  • Marketing Diploma or equivalent.
  • 2-3 years in marketing coordination, including events and project management.
  • IT Distribution experience is an advantage.
  • Digital Marketing experience is a plus.
  • Office-based work, semi-formal dress code, working hours 08:00-17:00.
  • Excellent English skills, reliable transport.
  • This is a permanent role with a three-month probation.
