Job summary

TSIBA Education invites applications for a Marketing and Digital Marketing Lecturer to join our Cape Town campus. The role focuses on teaching and owning marketing modules, and developing up-to-date learning materials.

The ideal candidate will bring both academic and industry experience in marketing, with emphasis on digital campaigns, social media and analytics. You will mentor students, support adjunct staff, and contribute to curriculum advancement and industry engagement.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in marketing or digital marketing is required.
• Higher education teaching and assessment experience; a teaching qualification is advantageous.
• PhD completed or in progress is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Teach and coordinate undergraduate marketing modules and own the curriculum.
• Develop industry-relevant learning materials and assessments.
• Monitor student success and assure academic quality of modules.
• Support adjunct lecturers, mentor students and contribute to scholarship.
• Engage with industry and contribute to curriculum improvement.
