• Unemployed youth who have not participated in the Yes4Youth initiative
• Aged 18-29
• South African citizens
• Residing near the workplace
• No criminal record
• Available to start on 1 May
• Highest qualification: Grade 12 (qualification aligned to the position is an advantage)

Responsibilities

1. Event Activation: Assist in planning and executing internal and external events, ensuring branding and promotional materials are prepared, coordinating logistics, and supporting post-event evaluations.
2. Stock Management: Monitor and manage marketing stock, maintain storage systems, coordinate distribution, and procure brand collateral.
3. Order Processing: Liaise with suppliers, process orders, track deliveries, and manage payments with finance.
4. Administrative Support: Manage meeting minutes, organize invoices, maintain records, and support marketing campaigns and reporting.
5. Project Coordination: Coordinate marketing and brand projects, including scheduling and tracking progress.
