Reporting to the Marketing Operations team, this role supports both strategic and tactical data initiatives—enabling targeted campaigns, clean reporting, and informed decision-making.

This is a highly collaborative position that requires technical acumen, strong attention to detail, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable outcomes.Key Responsibilities

  • Audit, review, and manage marketing data from multiple platforms (e.g., CRM, MAP, and third-party data tools) to ensure clean and accurate records.
  • Execute large-scale data transformation tasks, including cleansing, normalization, deduplication, and enrichment using platforms like ZoomInfo, Clearbit, or similar.
  • Build and refine segmentation strategies by identifying key firmographic, technographic, and behavioral attributes.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing stakeholders to develop and maintain target account and contact lists aligned with go-to-market priorities.
  • Troubleshoot data quality issues and recommend scalable solutions to ensure long-term database health.
  • Support campaign execution with precise data pulls to ensure the right message reaches the right audience at the right time.
  • Develop reports or dashboards to monitor database health and campaign list performance.
  • Contribute to documentation and process improvements that promote best practices in data governance across the marketing function.Required Skills & Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing operations, data analysis, or CRM / database management.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce (or comparable CRM), Excel / Google Sheets, and data enrichment tools (e.g., ZoomInfo).
  • Demonstrated experience with large-scale data cleansing, validation, and transformation.
  • Ability to interpret complex data sets and distill findings into actionable insights.
  • High attention to detail, especially when handling large data volumes.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
