Job Description / Duties :
- Support the Marketing Manager with various projects and organizational tasks.
- Create and publish online content for the company's social media pages, platforms, and websites in line with the corporate identity (CI).
- Design creative assets and write or edit marketing materials such as blog posts, e-newsletters, brochures, etc., to enhance the company's market presence.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of social media and other content for optimization.
- Assist in organizing promotional events and digital or traditional campaigns, attending them to ensure their success.
- Manage order placement and oversee the delivery process.
- Perform administrative tasks to support departmental functionality and coordination.
- Maintain internal and external communication with staff, customers, and suppliers.
Minimum Requirements :
- Relevant qualification in marketing or a related field, or currently studying towards such a qualification.
- 2-3 years of relevant experience or a formal qualification.
- Knowledge of marketing principles and digital content trends.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Design experience.
- Beneficial but not required: Adobe Suite (Photoshop and Illustrator), experience with CRM systems like HubSpot.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently on projects.
- Well-organized with effective time management skills to meet deadlines and adhere to quality standards.
- Energetic and self-motivated.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with a broad range of stakeholders.
- Ability to escalate issues to management promptly to facilitate timely resolution.
- Adherence to all company policies, procedures, systems, and methodologies.
