Digital Marketing, PR and Return on Investment
- Ensure the EXN website and social media platforms are regularly updated with the latest brand content.
- Maintain information accuracy aligned with the key messaging of assigned vendors.
- Develop digital strategies for assigned vendor brands.
- Create marketing plans aligned with the company's and vendors' short-term and long-term goals.
- Implement strategies effectively and monitor their success.
- Manage budgeting and forecasting for marketing activities.
- Oversee the creation and management of vendor marketing budgets.
- Ensure expenses stay within allocated budgets.
- Develop a pipeline of PR articles consistent with EXN and vendor messaging.
- Build and maintain positive media relationships.
- Track and report ROI on each event and campaign.
Event Management, Channel Enablement and Internal Communication
- Manage and coordinate all vendor marketing events and activities.
- Develop and oversee regular channel enablement activities.
- Create PR articles supporting EXN and vendor initiatives.
- Disseminate marketing critical information within the EXN team.
- Communicate new vendor news and developments internally.
Partner / Client Marketing, Relationship Building and Market Research
- Apply corrective actions according to company policies.
- Build relationships with key partners and clients, providing support as needed.
- Conduct competitive analysis and research of the vendor landscape.
- Collaborate with Vendor Alliance Managers to develop strategies.
Reporting and Supplier Management
- Prepare monthly management reports for the Marketing Team Lead.
- Generate departmental reports, including ROI and marketing reconciliations.
- Segment contacts and create end-user and partner subscriber databases compliant with PoPi Act.
- Ensure suppliers meet EXN BEE procurement standards and global third-party standards.
- Manage and oversee supplier relationships and evaluate services, taking corrective actions when necessary.
