Marketing Coordinator position available in Centurion.

Seeking a proactive and organised Marketing Coordinator to support daily marketing operations across the business.

This role covers admin, content updates, events, social media, and digital platforms — helping ensure the brand stays consistent, professional, and visible. You’ll need strong coordination skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks at once.

Salary: R20 000 – R25 000 per month.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, or similar
  • 2–3 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Strong admin and organisational ability
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Experience in social media, SEO, and email marketing tools
  • Experience with website content updates and tools like Canva or Photoshop
  • Able to use basic marketing analytics tools
  • Hands-on, detail-oriented, and able to multitask

Duties and Responsibilities:

Marketing Admin & Database

  • Keep marketing and sales contact databases updated and clean
  • Segment and track client activity
  • Ensure database format and compliance
  • Monitor data trends and reporting tools

Website & Digital

  • Update product info, content, and pricing on the website
  • Upload blogs, news, and tutorials weekly
  • Track SEO and website traffic
  • Log changes and manage content structure

Social Media & Communication

  • Maintain the monthly content calendar
  • Assist with visuals and copywriting
  • Send mailers and manage WhatsApp messaging

Branding & Display

  • Make sure in-store and branch displays match brand guidelines
  • Check poster accuracy and layout
  • Work with suppliers on signage and promo items

Marketing Materials

  • Monitor stock of brochures, catalogues, and branded items
  • Update internal brand materials
  • Assist with company profiles, presentations, and signage

Events

  • Help plan and coordinate events (mini expos, workshops, etc.)
  • Handle logistics like catering, RSVPs, and feedback
  • Keep the events calendar updated

Reporting & General Support

  • Compile weekly/monthly reports
  • Track budgets and align with marketing plans
  • Use standard reporting templates
  • Assist with uniforms, photo libraries, and branding audits
  • Track competitor activity and supplier information
  • Support day-to-day marketing tasks and checklists
