- Oversee vendor marketing budgets and ensure expenses stay within limits.
- Generate a pipeline of PR articles supporting EXN and vendor messaging.
- Build positive relationships with media outlets.
- Track and report ROI on campaigns and events.
Event Management, Channel Enablement, and Internal Communication
- Coordinate vendor marketing events and activities.
- Manage channel enablement activities regularly.
- Create PR articles supporting EXN and vendor initiatives.
- Share critical marketing information internally.
- Communicate new vendor news and developments to the team.
Partner / Client Marketing, Relationship Building, and Market Research
- Apply and manage corrective actions per company policies.
- Build relationships with key partners and clients, providing support as needed.
- Conduct competitive analysis and research of the vendor landscape.
- Develop strategies in collaboration with Vendor Alliance Managers.
Reporting and Supplier Management
- Provide monthly management reports to the Marketing Team Lead.
- Prepare departmental reports, including ROI reports quarterly and marketing reconciliations monthly per product.
- Segment contacts effectively.
- Create and maintain end-user and partner subscriber databases compliant with the PoPi Act.
- Ensure suppliers meet EXN BEE procurement standards and global third-party standards.
- Manage and oversee supplier relationships.
- Review supplier services and take corrective actions when necessary.
