We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to execute both Above-the-Line (ATL) and Below-the-Line (BTL) marketing initiatives across digital, print, and event-based channels. This role will play a critical part in supporting the sales team, enhancing brand visibility, and driving lead generation through well-planned campaigns and strategic coordination with vendors and partners.
Case Studies & Testimonials: Liaise with First Impact to ensure customer case studies are delivered every 6 months; source testimonials from customers and partners.
Vendor Relationships: Keep vendors informed of marketing activities, new offerings, and collaborate on updates for sales enablement.
Co-Marketing Opportunities: Facilitate joint campaigns, events, and vendor sponsorships with strategic marketing partners.
Brand & Digital Marketing
Social Media & Website Management: Update and manage content across social platforms and the company website; respond to comments and engage audiences.
SEO & Content Optimization: Work with the broader team to enhance SEO rankings and update content for performance.
Newsletters: Design, write, and distribute internal and external newsletters for customers, partners, and staff.
Event Follow-Up & Marketing Analytics
Event Follow-Ups: Manage lead tracking and post-event communication to ensure prompt follow-up and conversion support.
Performance Analysis: Track KPIs, ROI, and engagement metrics across campaigns, events, and co-marketing initiatives.
Internal Culture & Employer Branding
Culture Branding: Assist in internal marketing initiatives like employee recognition, internal social media features, and newsletters.
Recruitment Marketing: Collaborate with HR to promote the company as an employer of choice through online platforms and digital campaigns.
Process Optimization & Tools
Marketing Process Management: Document workflows, processes, and campaign planning templates for team efficiency.
Tech Stack Coordination: Support management of marketing tools such as Mailchimp, CRM platforms, tender websites, and analytics software.
Requirements
A diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
2+ years of experience in a similar marketing support or coordination role.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Familiarity with digital marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Canva, HubSpot, WordPress, LinkedIn, Google Analytics).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
Event coordination experience is a plus.
Bonus Skills (Advantageous)
Experience in B2B tech or enterprise sales environments.
Knowledge of tender portals or government procurement platforms.
