About The Role

We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support our growing marketing initiatives.

Youll play a key role in coordinating projects, managing timelines in Asana, and ensuring marketing campaigns are executed seamlessly across multiple platforms. You must be able to work independently, stay organized under tight deadlines, and communicate clearly with both internal teams and external vendors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage marketing projects in Asana, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.
  • Support the execution of digital marketing campaigns (email, social media, SEO, website updates, and more).
  • Collaborate closely with designers, writers, and web developers to move projects forward efficiently.
  • Monitor project progress, flag risks, and adjust timelines as needed.
  • Assist with content creation (social media posts, email drafts, landing pages, etc.) and quality control.
  • Track campaign performance metrics and prepare reports and insights for leadership.
  • Maintain and update our marketing calendar and promotional schedules.
  • Stay current with marketing best practices and propose new ideas for optimization.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing coordination, project management, or similar roles.
  • Proven understanding of marketing campaigns, digital channels, and content creation.
  • Strong project management skills with experience using Asana or similar platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working in a fully remote environment.
  • Must have your own reliable equipment and a stable internet connection.
  • Must be available to work core hours between 9AM5PM EST.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the healthcare or eye care industry.
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms like Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar.
  • Basic knowledge of Canva, WordPress, or graphic design tools.
