  • Oversee the implementation and tracking of conversion events through UTM parameters, Google Tag Manager, and Google Search Console to ensure accurate campaign and website performance tracking.
  • Drive continuous UI/UX improvement by leading design enhancements, usability testing, and user feedback analysis to optimise user experience and conversion rates.
  • Ensure consistency in branding and visual elements across all websites, collaborating with relevant stakeholders.
  • Create and present monthly website performance reports, highlighting key trends, insights, and recommendations for optimisation.

2. SEM, Paid Media, and Campaign Execution:

  • Plan (with strategic guidance from the Group Marketing Manager), implement, and manage paid media campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Meta, optimising for ROI and ROAS.
  • Coordinate all campaign elements, leveraging own capacity as well as other team members, including landing pages, email workflows, and social media assets, ensuring alignment with campaign objectives and timelines.
  • Develop and maintain campaign calendars in collaboration with internal stakeholders across brands.
  • Build and manage automated email nurture sequences to support lead conversion.
  • Conduct A/B testing on ad creative, audience targeting, and landing pages, using insights to refine and improve campaign performance.
  • Track key performance metrics, generate monthly reports, and provide performance insights to the Group Marketing Manager and other stakeholders to guide strategy and optimisation.

3. Data Analysis and Performance Optimisation:

  • Analyse and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital marketing activities, using insights to drive continuous improvement and maximise ROI.
  • Conduct regular audits of digital marketing activities to identify opportunities for optimisation and efficiency.
  • Utilise web analytics tools to monitor traffic, engagement, and conversion rates and make data-driven decisions to enhance campaign performance.
  • Provide actionable insights to the marketing team and senior management, guiding strategic decision-making.

4. Leadership and Collaboration:

  • Serve as an SEO, SEM, and website expert within the marketing team, providing guidance and mentorship across the team as needed.
  • Collaborate closely with the Group Marketing Manager, Marketing Execution Lead, and other key stakeholders to ensure alignment across all digital marketing activities.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, recommending and implementing innovative approaches to digital marketing.

5. Quality Assurance and Compliance:
